Final rites will be held tomorrow at 3 PM in the George L. Klumpp Funeral Home for Noel L. Campbell, 58, a blacksmith's helper in the Southern Pacific Company shops for about 15 years. Cremation will follow the services. Campbell, a native of Jamaica, died Friday in the railroad's San Francisco Hospital following an illness of several months. His home was at 5409 V Street. He had lived in Sacramento about 17 years and before that, for a number of years he lived in Reno, Nev., and Superior California communities. He was the husband of Shirley A. and the brother of Mrs. Iris Roehl of Ontario, Canada.
