Albert was the son of Engelbert Waller and Elizabeth Schiefer. In May 1917 he married Josephine Wilson and they had one son, Donald Waller. Josephine died in 1922. At some point after 1940 he married Katherine Wahler. They had no children. Albert worked for the United States Post Office. He died at the age of 80.
