Marie & Harvey moved to California from MN., & after Matt Karp's death, their Mother Elise moved to CA. too, & lived with Marie & her husband, Sam White for 7 yrs. Harvey was married to Almeda Sophia Schwartz & they had 3 boys & 1 girl. He passed away at @ age 42 in 1953 & Almeda remarried, having one more child, a girl. Harvey's death index says he died in Ventura, CA & is Mother's maiden name was Roehl. Elise's death cert. says her Father's name was Robert, but it was Hubert Roehl. Her Mother is listed as Magdalena Yost Roehl, both from Germany.
