LaVonne Bennett at the age of 85 years, passed away peacefully December 10, 2013. LaVonne was survived by her six children, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and her beloved sister. LaVonne was raised in Missouri valley, Iowa. As an adult, she lived in many different spots in northwest while raising her children, then moved to Salem for the later part of her life.

LaVonne was a veterinarian technician at West Salem Animal Clinic for many years. She loved animals, greatly and was survived by her adorable Jack Russell Terrier, Lily.

A celebration of Lavonne's life will be held Saturday, August 16th at 11 am in Lincoln City, Oregon at Pacific View Memorial Park.
