Daughter of John Marshall Watkins and Ada S. Bowser. Jessie first married Jesse M. Fleming in 1900 in Tyler Co., WV. Together they had four children. That marriage ended in divorce on February 20, 1913 with all of the children moving with their father to Oklahoma. Jessie then married Charles McClure Irvin in 1913. That marriage also ended in divorce.
