Albert was the son of William Steineker and Dora Kessler. On 21 Sep 1922 he married Flora Michel and they had two children, Kenneth and Beverly. At the time of his death he was employed by Standard Oil Co. Albert died of pulmonary tuberculosis at the age of 33.
