GALESBURG -- Jerlean Harris, 63, of 103 N. Elm St. died at 2 a.m.
Monday, Dec. 18, 1995, at Kewanee Hospital.
Born Sept. 28, 1932, in Pine Bluff, Ark., to Calvin and Pearlie Curry Dickerson, she married William Harris in 1961 in Galesburg. He survives.
Also surviving are her father of Galesburg; two sons, James Pridegon of Galesburg and Tim Pridegon of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; one daughter, Rosalind Pridegon Chaptman of Galesburg; one sister, Irene Nixon of Chicago; nine grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She worked at Knox Laundry. She was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, where she was secretary, a choir member and Sunday school teacher.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at her church. The Rev. J.R. Williams will officiate. Visitation will be from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Friday at her church. Burial will be in East Linwood Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hinchliff-Pearson-West Galesburg Chapel.
