Father of Thomas Jacobs, William J. Jacobs, Fred F. Jacobs, Raymond J. Jacobs, Amos Jacobs (actor/entertainer Danny Thomas), Emily Mary Jacobs Pointinger Zange Dyke, Paul George Jacobs, Edward Jacobs, Samuel S. Jacobs, and Daniel A. Jacobs.

Son of Christana and Paul Jacobs (Yakhoob).

Also survived by many loving grandchildren.

Family tradition has that he was born in Becheri (Bsharri) but his death certificate says he was born in Balbak (Baalbek), Mount Lebanon.

Interment in Mount Carmel Cemetery on 6 March 1947.
