Margaret K. Christensen, 80, of Menominee, MI. passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014, at Bay Area Medical Center. The former Margaret Katherine Langer was born on June 30, 1934, in Marinette, WI. to the late Paul and Ethel (Johnson) Langer.

Margaret was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and playing cards. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Survivors include her children: Laurel (Jim) Powell of Marinette, WI; Larry (Lauri) Christensen of Menominee, MI; Mark (Janice) Christensen of Niles, MI and Phillip (Chrysta) Christensen of Escanaba, MI;
12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren;
a sister, Paula (Satch) Englund of Menominee, MI;
and special friend, Richard Groleau of Menominee, MI.

Margaret was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.

Family and friends may call at Anderson Kell Funeral Home on Thursday, September 4, 2014, after 4 p.m. until time of Prayer Service at 7 p.m. with Father Mark McQuesten officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Peshtigo, WI. on Friday at 10 a.m.
