Eleanor leaves a large family throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa. Worked as a bookkeeper for a land & title company. A longtime resident of Wheat Ridge. Enjoyed reading, sewing, and other forms of needlework art but made sure no one ever left her home hungry.
Preceded in death by husband Glenn A. Underwood and siblings: Willie F. Runnels, Alvin L. Runnels, Imal B. Garlock, Ines C. Babcock, Russell E. Runnels, and Ruby Smith.
Survived by four children, six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one soon to be born second great-grandchild.
