I searched the entire cemetery and could not find the grave

They also reported, specifically:
The name of George Shotten is not included in the 2010 listing in the Washington County PA Archives of Cemetery Transcriptions for the Center Cemetery. In addition, no readable marker was found during my visit to the cemetery.
