Isabell married Roger Chandler of Colchester, July 21, 1615, in Leiden, Netherlands. (Register of marriage intentions and marriages before the aldermen of Leiden, volume B (1611–1633), page 41 recto; Erfgoed Leiden [Heritage Leiden], record group 1004, call number 198.)
While Isabell's husband Roger appears in a few records of Plymouth Colony, Isabell herself appears in none. The only proof that Isabell made it to Plymouth appears in William Bradford's Mayflower passenger list, at the end of "Of Plimoth Plantation". In the entry for the Chilton family passengers, Bradford notes that another Chilton daughter (who he doesn't name) was not aboard the Mayflower, but did arrive later:
"James Chilton, and his wife, and Mary their dougter; they had an other doughter [that] was maried came afterward."
