Mrs. Wolcott was the widow of Corliss N. Wolcott. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian church and was active in the Eastern Star, Utica Chapter 452. She was also famed among her many friends for her cakes, having won first prize in two baking contests many years ago.
She was born in Grove City, PA, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Daugherty and her early life was spent there.
She leaves her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Wolcott Anger; a grandson, Allan Wolcott Anger, and a sister, Miss Harriet V. Daugherty, all of New York; another sister, Mrs. Olive Sharp; a niece. Mrs. Wilda Sharp Grubb Kensington, MD: a nephew, Col. Walter D. McCord, Teaneck, N. J., and other relatives in Grove City, PA.
