Joel L. Adams, 55, of Route 2, Laurel Hill, died Saturdoy afternoon at his home. Mr. Adams, a native of Clio, Ala., was a veteran of World War II and a member of the World Harvest Ministries. Survivors include, his wife, Eloise Adams of Laurel Hill; two sons, Joel DeWayne Adams and Joel Creighton Adams, both of Laurel Hill; two daughters, Glenda Elaine Fought of Crestview, and Nova Jane Strickland of Laurel Hill; two brothers, W.R. Adams and L.O. Adams of Laurel Hill; three sisters, Mrs. M.A. Dorsey, Mrs. John Bowness, and Mrs. G.V. Faulkner, all of Laurel Hill; and eight grandchildren.
