Paul McSpadden Phillips, 86, of San Diego died Dec. 17. He was born in Chelsea, Okla., and was a real estate broker.
He served in the Navy during World War II. He was a past president of the San Diego Apartment Association and a member of the Lions Club in Hillcrest.
Survivors include his sons, Gary, Mark, Jim and Bob; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
