Twins were born to Otto Leroy Brownell and Hazel Marie Conway. The twins only lived for one year, one month and eighteen days according to their death certificate. They had bronchonuemonia, measles,and congential(an unusaul condition present at birth)and other health problems. The were quarantened in the Isolation Hospitalon, 5600 Arsenal Street, in St. Louis, St. Louis City, Missouri until their death. Funeral services for the twins were held under the direction of the Cullinane Brothers Undertakers and Fruneral Directors in St. Louis, Missouri. Their interment is in the Calvary Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.

The twins preceded the death of their parents, Otto Leroy Brownell and Hazel Marie Conway Brownell and a sister, Anna Marie Brownell.
