Bertha Rawlins Tipton, 93, Bertha Wallace Drive, Irvine, widow of Millard Tipton, died Thursday, at Irvine health and Rehab Center after a long illness. She was a native of Estill County, born Feb. 16, 1913, a daughter of the late Beecham and Nannie Neal Rawlins. She was a member of the Ravenna Church of God and a retired employee of Carhartt. Survivors include a nephew, Millard (Lynn) Reed of Richmond; and several cousins.
