ALTEMUS, Stanley R. Sr., age 89, of Hawthorne, on Tuesday, July 12, 2011.
Born in Easton PA, Stanley had resided in Hawthorne since 1968.
A former machinist for Curtiss-Wright in Wood-Ridge, Stanley was a member of St Ann's Melkite Catholic Church in Woodland Park.
Stanley R. Altemus Sr. was the beloved husband of Gloria (nee Balady) Altemus of Hawthorne. Loving father of two sons and a daughter, and a dear grandfather of seven grandchildren; one brother of Florence KY and the late Paul Altemus.
Interment: Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa NJ.
