FRAZIER, William Ray "Billy", aka "Pops", 61, of New Carlisle, passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 10, 2014 at home, after a brief illness. He was born in Gallipolis, OH on Aug. 14, 1953 to Russell & Emma Frazier.

Billy was employed as a machinist at Honda of America for over 21 years and was an avid golfer.

Preceded in death by his father, Russell; sister, Nancy Feustel, brother, Rocky E. Frazier.

Survived by his mother, Emma Edmunds; daughter, Brooke Frazier; sons, Jason Frazier (Charity) and Dustin Frazier (Jessicah); grandchildren, Elyse, Kylie & Maverick; his best friend & life partner, Kathy Frazier; sister, Mickey Marsh (Phillip); brother, John Frazier (Tammy); numerous nieces, nephews & a host of friends & relatives. He was a loving and devoted father, grandfather & special friend to all.

Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, 2014 at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "Northridge Chapel," 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastor Rob Wackerman, officiating.

Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the George C. Martin Funeral Home.
