They had the following children: Pauline Mosby Campbell b. 04 Aug 1881, d. 06 Apr 1962; John Mosby Campbell b. 20 Jun 1883 who married Elizabeth Eugenia Jandreau; and Alexander Spotswood Campbell b. 1885-1983 who never married.
