Vicente was born to Raymunda and Fabian Dionisio, in Camalaniugan, Cagayan, Philippines, on May 9, 1932. He leaves behind his loving wife Basilia, his older brother Tito (140374948), children Regina, Thelma and Arnold, sons-in law Arcon and Eric, daughter-in-law Maria, grandchildren Cherisse, Corbin, Christopher, Brandon, Jessie, Ariel and Alyssa, and great-grandchildren Taimane, Josaiah and Ema.
Vicente was preceded in death by his sisters, Salud, Angela, Consuelo and Felicidad.
Vicente immigrated to Guam in 1979, petitioned and joined his family in United States in 1981, in search for better opportunities for his children. He worked for the City & County of San Francisco (Airport) for 21 years, and retired in 2010.
Man of a few words, Vicente showed those who are closest to him how it is to be a family man and most of all to know God as our savior.
We will truly miss you Tatay!
