Mrs. Nancy McIntosh, of this city received a telegram yesterday announcing the death of her brother, James K. Polk Nalls, of Washington, D. C., a well known contractor and stair builder. Mr. Nalls died early yesterday morning at his home. He was 61 years of age and leaves a widow and seven children, three brothers and four sisters. He served in Mosby’s command during the civil war. His funeral was held this afternoon at two o’clock in Washington.
