Emma Neaves Hamilton, eightyone,a resident of New Rochelle for 50 years, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Pryor of Sherman Avenue, Thornwood, following an illness of three years. Born in Manchester, England, March 25,1861. she was the daughter of Thomas and Maria Neaves. She was the widow of Donald Hamilton.
Six other children survive, including Mrs. J. Loring Plass of this city, Andrew Hamilton of Pelham. Harry and Thomas Hamilton of New Rochelle. Mrs. H. E. Nichols and Mrs. John Crawford of Cleveland,Ohio, and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 P. M. at the George T. Davis Memorial Chapel, 14 Le Count Place, New Rochelle.
Interment will be at Beechwoods Cemetery.
