Lawrence Daniel Crouse, of Billings, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014. Lawrence was born west of Laurel in 1916. He was 98 years young. He moved to Iowa when he was 16 years old.
He joined the C.C.C. Camp for three years, returned to Montana in 1951 and settled in Hesper a few years later. He is survived by his wife, Iola; daughter Patty (Gary) Sherrod; son Larry; and grandson Chris. Private graveside service will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
