Per Information from the Rockemann Family History Book, her full name was actually "Elvera Katherine (Rockemann) Green.

Elvera was the 2nd wife of Charles Edward Green, they were married on 23 September 1932 in Topeka, Kansas. They had a son and a daughter. They moved from Brock to Missouri. Elvera had difficulty delivering a third child, was taken to a hospital where the baby died and Elvera was diagnosed with tubercleosis. She was transferred to a TB hospital where she died. The Rockemann family arranged for her burial in her home town because Charlie was dirt poor and couldn't even afford to fix his broken-down car to visit his dieing wife in the hospital.
