LEE C. BROWN CHARLESTON – Lee C. ‘Squeak’ Brown, 49, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Charleston Dec. 21, 2014. He was born June 22, 1965 in Bangor, the son of Earl and Luella (McQuesten) Brown. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Katherine ‘Molly’ (Saunders) Brown; daughters, Samantha King and companion Dustin ‘Nutt’ Bubar, Veronica McLain and her companion, Andrew Richards; his mother Luella Woodard and his very special stepfather Stanley Woodard; special brother, William Sprague and his wife, Linda; step brother, Tony Woodard; sisters Kelly Brown and her companion Joe; Laurie Ann Woodard and her companion Jimmy Shorey; grandchildren Eddy, Hailey, Lexi and Tessa; nieces, Nicole, Rachel, Natasha, Kayla, Kendra, Caoilinn, Kyla, Cliona, Brittany and Mandy; nephews, Joshua, Caleb, Keegan, Connor, Josh, Caleb, Caius, Mark Jr. and Dean Munson; his brother-in-law, Mark Saunders and wife, Laurie; sister-in-law Phyllis Emery and her husband Dana; Mother and Father-in-law Gloria and Harrison Saunders. He will be sadly missed by many cousins, aunts and uncles and his best friend Robert Goodwin and his parents Annie and Gundy Goodwin. Lee was a farmer for most of his life and enjoyed gardening and spending time with his grandson, the apple of his eye, Eddy Bubar. In addition to his Father, he was predeceased by two brothers, Colon E. Brown and Arthur T. Woodard and a special niece, Jessica; two nephews Tony Jr. and Douglass. He will be sadly missed by his dog Mighty-Mite. Friends may call 1 PM Saturday December 27, 2014 at the Church of the Open Bible, School Road, Charleston where funeral services will be held at 3PM with Pastor Robert Young Officiating. The family would like to invite you to a fellowship time at the Charleston School following the service.
