The twins graduated from Greeley High in 1948. Lee married William John Miller "Bill"on January 20. 1956 in Greeley. They renewed their vows on their 50th anniversary with the wedding she'd dreamed of.

Bill and Lee made their home in various places in Colorado including Arvada, Golden, Loveland, Milliken, Platteville, Evans, and Greeley.

Lee was a hard worker. She held many jobs through the years including the telephone company, Adams Pharmacy, and over 20 years as a waitress at the Farmer's Inn in LaSalle. Family was very important to Lee. She was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved to cook, garden, can, camp, fish, and sew. She even made a wedding dress for one of her daughters. Lee was always supportive of her family and was a life member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary in honor of her husband's Naval service during the Korean war. Bill a lifelong bowler encouraged Lee to take up the sport with him in retirement. Lee and Bill loved to dance. Watching the two of them dance together is a fond memory of her children and grandchildren.

Lee is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, twin sister, son and daughter-in-law, two daughters, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, nieces, nephews [survivors names omitted], and her four legged children Precious, George, and Cody.
