Harry Kiger, 72, of Waynesburg, R. D. 2 (Morrisville), died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, June 11, 1972 in Greene County Memorial Hospital. Mr. Kiger, however, was not a patient at the time; death was unexpected and resulted from a coronary occlusion which he suffered when he went to the hospital to pick up a neighber.

Born February 27, 1900 in Hundred, W. Va., he was the son of the late Jerry and Flora Delaney Kiger. Mr. Kiger's first wife, Ina Mae Kiger, died August 7, 1960, and he is survived by his second wife, Pauline Cole Kiger.

Mr. Kiger was employed for several years by the United States Steel Corporation. He was a member of the Pursley Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Pauline, are a step-son, Gerald M. Kiger, of Lancaster; a granddaughter, Susan Kiger, of Lancaster; two sisters, Mrs. Leona Shultz, of Waynesburg; and Mrs. Joseph (Ruth) Rattigan, of Waynesburg R. D. 4; a brother, Albert Kiger, of Waynesburg; and several nephews and nieces.

A sister, Mrs. Irene Day, is deceased.
