He was born February 20, 1937, in Loogootee, IL, the son of John & Ruth (Fair) Durbin. Married Twyla J. (Haynes) Seely June 19, 1993 in Vandalia, IL. Bob was a Head Man-Case Prep employee at John Crane Packing Co, retiring in 1999. He was a member of Vera Baptist Church, Vera, IL and affiliated with the First Church of God, Rural Vandalia, IL.
He is survived by: Wife - Twyla J. Durbin, Vandalia, IL; Daughter - Teresa Bruck, Pekin, IL; Step-Son - Kevin Seely & Victoria, Mulberry Grove, IL;
