Survivors include two sons, Arlen of Las Vegas, NV and David of Phoenix, AZ; a daughter, Kathleen Ochs of Lenexa, KS; two brothers, Mike Billinger and Robert Billinger, both of Hays; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
