Preceding him in death were his parents, Mack and Cordelia McTyre; his sister, Maxine Laurent; and his brothers, Mackie Joe Mctyre, T.C. and Bryant Williamson.
He is survived by his wife; two sons and one daughter-in-law; one daughter; his grandsons; many nieces and nephews.
Paul retired from the city of Natchitoches Utility Department after 30 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Graveside services were held at L.C. Weaver Cemetery, in Campti, LA. on Monday, January 26, 2014.
