She moved to Boulder County in 1995.
Mrs. Manwaring was co-owner of Gilmore Bicycle Store in San Diego.
"She lived most of her life at the beach in San Diego with her husband. She was the voice of the Tecate Ensenada Bike Ride," her family said.
Survivors include a daughter, Helen J. Dunford of Boulder; a son, Dave E. Manwaring of San Diego; five grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
No local services are planned. Burial will be in California.
