Services for Jamie Lee Hammer (nee Brill), 53, will Be Tuesday, at 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 1624 E. Euclid Ave., Mount Prospect. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, from 3 to 9 p.m. at Friedrich's Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Road (at Northwest Highway), Mount Prospect, and Tuesday, from 10 a.m. until the services at 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church. Born Jan. 20, 1959, she passed away Dec. 14, 2012, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her beloved husband, Bernard L. Hammer. She was the dear mother of Aime Hammer and Christopher Hammer; cherished grandmother of Emily JoAnne; fond sister of Scott (Peggy) Brill and Kathleen (Robert) Finn; and dear aunt and devoted friend of many. Jamie was an executive secretary for St. Mary's Services Adoption Agency in Arlington Heights for over 22 years.
