Kathy Marie Bennett Smith age 65, of Elizabeth, WV, departed this life on Monday, February 02, 2015 at Parkersburg, WV. She was born April 17, 1949 at Spencer, WV the daughter of the late Corny and Vera Wilson O'Brian.
Mrs. Smith was a homemaker who loved animals, especially horses and dolphins. She enjoyed fishing and riding four wheelers.
She is survived by a son, Homer Krantz (Amanda), Elizabeth, WV; two daughters, Kelley Taylor, Elizabeth, WV and Marie Jones, Smithville, WV; two brothers, Larry and Charlie O'Brian and one sister Zanie O'Brian, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by husbands, Homer C. Bennett and Dayton Smith, one brother, Sammy O'Brian.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 1:00 PM from the Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville, WV. Interment will follow in the Hardman Chapel Cemetery, near Smithville, WV. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 PM until 8PM on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
