Ann (Zupan) Kuchan, 86, of Chicago, Ill. and formerly of Ilasco, Mo., passed away Feb. 4, 2015, in Chicago, Ill.
A funeral Mass was held at St. Thomas More Church, Feb. 10, 2015, in Chicago, Ill., with burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Chicago, Ill.
Mrs. Kuchan was born Mar. 16, 1928, in Ilasco, Mo., to Thomas and Rose Zupan.
She was married to Marion Kuchan in Chicago, Ill., in 1949. He preceded her in death in 2004.
Survivors include four children: Greg (Denise) Kuchan of Hibbing, Minn., Jim (Marge) Kuchan of Chicago, Ill., Kathy (Dan) Dooley of Chicago, Ill., and Joe Kuchan of Chicago, Ill.; four grandchildren; three sisters: Georgia Bajic of Chicago, Ill., Dorothy (Peter) Baric of Largo, Fla., and Martha Disalvo of Scottsdale, Ariz.; three brothers: John (Ada) Zupan of Hannibal, Mo., Carl Zupan of Hannibal, Mo., and Tom Zupan of Chicago, Ill.; one brother-in-law, Mac Kuchan of Chicago, Ill., and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Kuchan was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marion; a sister, Marian Schaber of Scottsdale, Ariz.; her brother-in-law, George Bajic; her brother-in-law, Mario Disalvo; and a sister-in-law, Betty Zupan
