Mrs. Ray Acheson
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Rogers Mortuary for Mrs. Bertha Ray Acheson, 77, of 3163 Ash st., who died Sunday in a rest home. Mrs. Acheson, born in Wisconsin and a San Diegan for 33 years was retired office manager and secretary for the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Department. Formerly state musician of the Ladies Encampment, Patriarch Militant of Odd Fellows Lodge. Mrs. Acheson was a member of the San Diego lodge, Silver Gate Rebekah Lodge, the Ladies of the Orient and the Good Sports Club. A son and two granddaughters survive.
