Josephine's death record is not found online. She died sometime after Sept. 1949:
September 19, 1949 when actor Frank [Wuppermann] Morgan died, his sister "Mrs Josephine Langdon" is listed as a survivor, she was of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.

before her marriage to Frederick, Josephine was issued a passport on 24 May 1923. The application stated her name as Josephine Wright Wuppermann, single, born in Greenville, N.J. on 12 Dec 1878 dau of George Wuppermann, deceased, who was b. Venezuela and had immigrated to New York, USA from Trinidad in Oct 1878. Josephine had resided outside the USA in England and Germany from Sept to Dec 1907 and for a few months in 1890 and 1900. At the time of passport application she resided at 11 West 81st St., New York City. This was her first passport, she intended to travel to England, France, Germany and Switzerland for pleasure and health.
Josephine is also found on a passenger list of the SS Adriatic sailing from Alexandria arriving New York on 21 March 1924. She is listed as "Miss" and single, traveling with her mother, Mrs Josephine W who was b. 16 Oct 1851 in Jersey City, N.J., both their addresses being 11 West 81st St, New York City.
