William was born to the late Wallace Flasowski Sr. and Wanda Murski Flasowski, the third child of six children. He was baptized at St. Mary's Catholic Church and attended St. Mary's Catholic School in Brenham. William graduated from Brenham High School.
After graduation, William served in the United States Army from 1955 until 1957. After his honorable discharge from the Army, he began his 381/2 year long career with Oil Center Tool Company which later became FMC Corporation. He also managed the OCT Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. He was a tireless worker and spent countless hours tending to his cattle on his ranch which brought him great joy.
He was preceded in death by two sisters.
William is survived by his wife of 52 years, Paula Flasowski, sons Alan Flasowski of Brenham, Kenan Flasowski and wife Jeri of College Station, daughter Susan Segura and husband Johnnie of Schulenburg, and three grandchildren Dylan Flasowski, Logan Flasowki and Klare Segura.
