Graveside Services, 3 PM, Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Richland Baptist Church, Asheboro. Officiating, Rev. Thomas Smith. Julia was a native of McDowell County and was retired from Cone Mills. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Omalee Buckner Shehan, husbands, John Wright, Jr, Jack Hancock. Survivors: daughter, Cindy Roddy Watson, granddaughters, Amy Keeling, of Randleman, Ava Roddy, Andrea Roddy, both of Franklinville, great grandchildren, Michael Keeling, Kalila Coleman.
