On Sunday, April 18, 1971, at her residence, Sallie L. Cornwell, mother of Mrs. Lou C. Swain and Mrs. Ethel C. Anderson; sister of Mrs. Hercell Corley and Wallace Gore. She is also survived by two granddaughters, one grandson, and one great-grandson.
Friends may call at the Ives Funeral Home, 2847 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Va., 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 21, at 2 p.m. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
