Dorothy A. Ahl, age 77, 4301 S. 10th St., Manitowoc, died Thursday, April 28, 2005 at Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers. Dolly was born May 18, 1927 at Sturgeon Bay, daughter of the late Richard and Myrtle (Holland) Rasmusson. She grew up and was educated in Sturgeon Bay and Cherry High School. On June 16, 1951 she married Robert G. Ahl at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. They celebrated 53 years together. Survivors: her husband: Robert G. Ahl, Manitowoc; their children: Patricia Ahl, Two Rivers; Jennifer (Chris) Neumeyer, Whitelaw; Susan Ahl, (deceased 1986); Rebecca Williquette, Whitelaw; grandchildren: Jamie VanderBloomen, Minnesota; Chad VanderBloomen, Minnesota; Wendy (Tim) Loucks, Whitelaw; Cory Neumeyer, Wyoming; Rose Neumeyer, Manitowoc; Bob Waack, Monona; Scott (Geri) Waack, Madison; Mickey Burger-Ahl, Oshkosh; Vanessa Williquette, Manitowoc; great grandchildren: Brittany Reznichek and Tanya Reznichek, Whitelaw; Shanise Faust-Waack; Karma Turner, Manitowoc; a sister: Violet (Arthur) Vogelgesang, Illinois. In addition to her parents and daughter Susan Ahl, Dolly is predeceased by two brothers: Richard and Godfrey Rasmusson and a sister: Madeline Rasmusson. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at Calvary Chapel Mausoleum, 2601 S. 14th Street, Manitowoc. Relatives and friends may greet the family from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 1:30pm. Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Manitowoc is serving the Ahl Family. We wish you two wings and a rainbow to ride on, and soft fluffy clouds to dream on. Our love will always be with you and know that we will always care.
