JOSEPH ANDRES
Joseph J. Andres, 68, formerly of 1415 Hamilton St.,Manitowoc, died late Friday night at St. Nicholas Hospital,Sheboygan.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church. The Rev. Benedict Marx, a cousin of the deceased, will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Andres was born at Marshfield, Wis., Jan. 8, 1890, son of the late John and Margaret Schmitt Andres. He came to Manitowoc in 1918, retiring five years ago after being employed by Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc. He moved to Sheboygan in 1958 where he resided at Park View Rest Home. Mr. Andres was a member of the Boilermakers Union, Local 443.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Joseph Nonnemacher of Manitowoc and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday where the Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
