WILLIAM F. AUMANN
William F. Aumann, 87, of 817 S. 20th St., lifelong Manitowoc resident, died early Sunday morning.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Clement P. Kern will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Aumann was born March ??, 1872, son of the late Xavier and Caroline Aumann. He was employed by Pauly Cheese Co. and Kerscher Bros. prior to 1920 and after that time until retirement in 1947 by Mirro Aluminum Co.
He married Anna Ganterer Nov. 22, 1897. She died June 10, 1953. He was a ?0-year member of Manitowoc Marine Band, a member of the Mirro Twenty-Five Year Club and Holy Name Society of St. Paul Church
Mr. Aumann is survived by two brothers, Walter and Edwin of Manitowoc; a sister, Mrs. George ?????, of Rhinelander; a granddaugher (Survivor omitted for privacy.) of Manitowoc and two great granddaughters. A daughter, Mrs. William Ballard, and a son, William Jr., preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. Tuesday where the Rosary will be recied at 8 p.m.
