GUSTAVE AUMANN
Gustave Aumann, 82, of 818 South 20th street died early today at Holy Family hospital following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Pfeffer funeral home and at 9 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic church, the Rev. Martin Jaekels officiating. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.
Mr. Aumann was born in Manitowoc in 1868 and until 10 years ago was a member of the construction firm of Schadeberg and Aumann. In 1895 he married Lena Chavek.
Survivors are the wife; four brothers, William, Louis, Walter and Edward of Manitowoc; sister Mrs. George Jorsch of Rhinelander. Three children preceded him in death.
Mr. Aumann was a member of the Holy Name society and members will recite the rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
