Ebon Homer Bloedorn, 49, of route 3, Manitowoc, a town of Manitowoc supervisor for the past 12 years, died today at Wisconsin General hospital in Madison following a lingering illness.
Services will be held at the Pfeffer funeral home at 7:30 a.m. Monday and at 8 o’clock at the St. Andrew Catholic church. The early hour of service is because of 40 hours
devotion to be held at the church Monday. The Rev. Henry Letz will officiate with burial in Calvary cemetery.

Born in Brillion in 1900, Mr. Bloedorn came to Manitowoc county in 1918 and for a number of years has been employed as manager of the homestead farm of the late Mary Ollinger on route 3, Manitowoc. He never married.
He was a member of the Holy Name society of St. Andrew congregation.

Surviving are his stepmother, Mrs. Anna Bloedorn of Brillion; five sisters, Mrs. John Burey and Mrs. Kathryn Kucherick of Chicago, Mrs. Clarence Wolf and the Misses
Ruth and Vera Bloedorn, all of Brillion; and three brothers, Gordon of Chicago, Frederick of Brillion and Hugo of Green Bay. Another brother, Arnold, was killed in action during World ar I.

Friends may call at the Pfeffer funeral home from 7 p.m. Saturday. The rosary will be recited there at 7 p.m. Sunday.
