Mary Ellen Bonin, age 83, a Manitowoc resident, died Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at her residence.

She was born on May 2, 1933 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Anton and Priscilla (Klar) Bonin.

Survivors include two sisters: Judy Wind, Charlotte Sobel; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Joseph Donald & Janet Bonin, Richard (Sonny) Bonin, all of Manitowoc; and two sisters-in-law: Dorothy Bonin and Bonnie Bonin. Nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and many caregivers also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Anton & Priscilla Bonin; three sisters and brothers-in-law: Bernice & Donald Allie, Hildegard & Ralph Sieracki, Violet & Art Edinger; two brothers: James Bonin & Thomas Bonin; and a brother-in-law: Richard Sobel.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center Chapel, Manitowoc, from 9:30 a.m. Monday, October 24, 2016 until 11:00 a.m.
Cremation has occurred at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center Chapel, Manitowoc. Officiating at the Service will be Deacon Alan Boeldt. Mary Ellen will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.
