Mrs. Lena L. Bonk, a lifelong Manitowoc, resident, died Wednesday evening, November 24, at Park Lane Home,Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mrs. Bonk, nee Lena L. Knutson, was born June 20, 1893, in Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Olaf and Mary Bramer Knutson. She was married to Frank H. Bonk March 4, 1912 at Manitowoc. Her husband preceded her in death June 22, 1972. Mrs. Bonk was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary of Manitowoc, daughters of Isabella and Rosary and Altar Society of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Elester . and Helen Bonk and a daughter, Mrs. Alice Wienserski of Manitowoc, seven grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. A daughter, Florence Bonk Bonin, a son-in-law, Eugene Wienserski, an infant son, a sister, a grandson and a great granddaughter preceded her in death.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 3 o’clock to 9 o’clock this Friday afternoon. A Rosary service will be 3:30 o’clock this afternoon by the Rosary and Altar Society and a prayer service will be 7:30 o’clock this evening by Daughters of Isabella, relatives and friends.
