GEORGE R. BONK

George R. Bonk, 62, of 818 Green St., Manitowoc, died unexpectedly Thursday morning, August 30, at the family residence.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. James J. Stamborski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc.

Mr. Bonk was born Sept. 19, 1916, at Manitowoc, son of the late Martin and Josephine Norkowski Bonk. He married Catherine Driscoll Aug. 22, 1953, at St. Isidore Catholic Church, Osman, and had been employed with the Manitowoc Company, Manitowoc.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine; a son and daughter-in-law, Martin and Kay Bonk of Plymouth; a daughter and son-in-la, Rozann and Neil Mott of Manitowoc; two brothers, Frank and Emil and two sisters, Mrs. Victor (Lorraine) Tadych and Mrs. Bernard Powell of Manitowoc. Three brothers preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday where a prayer service will be at 7 p.m.
