EDWIN BONK (d. 1960)

Edwin (Eddy) Bonk, 53, of 1836 Belmont S., Manitowoc, died Tuesday at Juneau, Wis., after a short illness.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Leschke-Bergner Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mr. Bonk was born at Manitowoc July 28, 1906, son of the late Anton and Katherine Norkoski Bonk. He had been employed by Aluminum Specialty Co. as a maintenance man. He married Anna Rezek at Manitowoc in August of 1940. He formerly operated a tavern at Polifka Corners. Mr. Bonk was a
member of ACBJ Lodge.

Surviving are his wife, two brothers, Anton of Tampa, Fla., and Florian of Kellnersville; three sisters, Mrs. Milton Buege of Denver, Colo., Mrs. Walter Purdy of Tampa nad Mrs. John Denk of Manitowoc.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
