Emma Jane Fear, age 79, passed away on Sunday April 5, 2015 on Easter morning of natural causes.
Born on March 3, 1936 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Emma later moved to El Paso, Texas in 1975.
Emma enjoyed gardening, cooking, crocheting, traveling, wrestling, and socializing with friends and family.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Kenneth Fear, daughter, Anna Lynn Stirling and her husband, Edward Maiorino, Anna’s children, Nicole and Cassie, daughter, Kathleen Joy Dowler and her husband Daniel Albert Dowler and their children, Rebecca and Heather, daughter, Susan Marie Friant and her children, Melissa and Katie, son, James Glenn Stirling and his son, Gary. Emma also enjoyed 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Emma was preceded in death by her birth mother, Minnie Brown, parents, James Robert and Ruth Llewellyn and her sister, Florence Price. Emma was also preceded in death by her beloved son, Paul Michael Stirling and daughter, Cynthia Ruth Stirling.
Friends and family are welcome to attend the Visitation, Funeral Service, and Committal Service. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast on 4631 Hondo Pass, El Paso, Texas 79904. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Committal Service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Fort Bliss National Cemetery.
